Born in Mountain View, CA, Victor’s family moved to the San Gabriel Valley where he grew up, and still lives today. He was a computer science major at UC, Riverside before switching majors to History to tell stories for a living. He took an introductory course in theater for an elective and found he could tell stories another way for work after his stage debut in UCR’s production of The Waiting Room.

He has since studied Meisner at the Joanne Baron Studios, improv at iO West, with James Hong, and with Marilyn McIntyre at the Howard Fine Studio. He has performed in a number of projects including One Child and Joel Moore’s Miles From Home, which screened at Cannes Film Festival’s Short Film Corner and the South By Southwest Film Festival respectively. People have also recognized him for his stint on Adult Swim’s Tim and Eric, Awesome Show!

“I am grateful to my mentors Eric Barr, John Miyasaki, and everyone else in my life past and present that have helped me along the way. I only hope to one day leave behind a respected body of work that will move and inspire people.”
